We always ask for permission to detect on private property. If you would like to grant us permission for the day or an open permission to come back anytime, that is up to you. You have the right to revoke permission anytime. We can discuss the terms in person. We are mainly looking for home sites, open fields and farmland. You can find our email on the Contact Us page.
We always respect the property and the property owners. We will close gates after going through them and stay away from areas that are outlined to us to be off limits. We understand that some places are in use for agricultural purposes and don’t want to be disturbed during growing times.
